Takt.

Ein Programm für gemessene Bewegung — a programme for measured momentum.

Momentum is not speed. Speed is a number; momentum is mass with a direction. A business lives inside measured time — the invoice that goes out on the first of the month, the message that arrives when it was promised, the software still running a year after it was built — and the firm that builds for that business must itself be built as a system in which every interval is decided, and everything that moves knows why.

This programme therefore begins where the schools of Zürich and Basel began: with the conviction that order is not the enemy of feeling, but its instrument.

From Jan Tschichold’s Die neue Typographie (1928) come the working rules: asymmetry, the sans serif, white space treated as material rather than remainder. From Josef Müller-Brockmann comes the modular grid — the mark, he wrote, of a mind that is constructive and oriented to the future — and a lesson from his Beethoven poster of 1955, whose arcs obey one angular module while their widths double, 1 : 2 : 4 : 8 : 16. Proportion, logically followed out, becomes audible.

From Emil Ruder’s Typographie (1967): the line as a measured event, never much past sixty characters; rhythm as the real content of the page. From Armin Hofmann: point, line and plane held in tension until they balance. From Max Bill and the school at Ulm: a form derived from mathematics is a form anyone may verify — die gute Form. And from Karl Gerstner the decisive instruction, obeyed on every plate of this book: design programmes, not solutions.

«Instead of solutions for problems, programmes for solutions.»

Karl Gerstner, Designing Programmes, Arthur Niggli, Teufen 1964.

Takt is that programme. In music the Takt is the measure a conductor beats; on the factory floor, Taktzeit is the interval at which work advances; in this firm it is the beat on which work becomes software and software keeps running — define, build, keep running, in that order, every time. One module, one interval scale, one signal colour — fixed in this book, then applied without exception. Nothing arbitrary survives. That is what building momentum means: mass, accumulating in one direction, on the beat.

Der Browser ist unsere Druckerpresse. What the school set in lead, this edition sets in custom properties: the grid is a variable, the beat is a duration token, and the scroll is the conductor. Motion obeys the same law as the page — where it measures nothing, there is none. Reveals land on whole beats; intervals stagger 1 : 2 : 4 : 8; arrival is decelerated and silent, wie eine gute Setzmaschine.

Der Name steht in der Tradition benannter Systeme: Gerstners Programm, Frutigers Palette, Müller-Brockmanns Raster. The name follows the tradition of named systems — the programme, the palette, the grid. Diese Ausgabe fügt hinzu: das Token. This edition adds one more: the token.

04Die Marke / The brand

momentum media solutions — takt

Mass, direction, and the discipline to hold both.

Founded in 2026 by Noah Bleicher, Momentum Media Solutions LLC is a software firm that builds working software for business — and buildmomentum.pro is its hub: the claim, the work, the company, the contact. The address is the sign-off made literal. One address, one grid, one beat.

The name states a physical claim. Momentum is mass times velocity: not merely being fast, but being heavy enough in motion that the direction holds. The businesses we build for do not want excitement from their software; they want a quantity that accumulates — a defined scope that becomes working software, and working software that keeps running, quarter after quarter.

The rallying name, build momentum., is the same claim in the imperative. It is what the firm does for a business, and what the firm asks of itself. It is always set lowercase, and it always ends on the beat — the red full stop. Works take plain names, not metaphors: Textro, the firm’s first SaaS, is one named work in the evidence — never the brand, never the headline.

Positionierung / Positioning

Momentum Media Solutions is a software firm that builds working software for business. The method is fixed: Define → Build → Keep running. Textro — A2P messaging campaign management, in build — is the firm’s first work and its proof: one entry in the evidence, never the headline.

4.1Werte / Values

Gemessen / Measured

Every promise carries a number; every number carries a unit.

Lesbar / Legible

A system that cannot be explained on one page is not finished.

Verlässlich / Dependable

The beat that matters is the ten-thousandth, kept like the first.

In Bewegung / In motion

Direction over drama: we accelerate by subtraction.

4.2Namenssystem / Naming

The sign-off closes the page in the night footer: lowercase, red full stop, step 60 (5.5) — never the h1 — the book’s own cover excepted (13, rule 5) — and nowhere else.

4.4Die Arbeitsweise / How we work — drei Begriffe, ein Takt; diese Reihenfolge gilt, sie wird nicht verhandelt / three terms, one beat — the order holds and is not negotiated

Define / bestimmen

Scope, audience, and the measurement that decides done. A build that cannot be stated in numbers is not yet defined.

Build / bauen

Software is built in working increments, and every increment runs — the client sees the software, not a promise about it.

Keep running / am Laufen halten

After the build the firm stays: operation, fixes, and the next increment. Handover is a state, not an exit.

05Das Raster / The grid

momentum media solutions — takt

Zwölf Spalten, eine Konstante.

Twelve columns, one constant — the field is now fluid, the law is not.

The grid is the constitution of this identity. In print it was a fixed field of 1296 × 720; on the web the field breathes, so the constitution is exact about what may breathe and what may not: twelve columns of equal fraction, with gutter, margin and plate gap published as clamps that interpolate with the viewport — and, beneath them, the fixed row that never interpolates at all: the 4-pixel baseline and its steps 12 · 24 · 48 · 96. Das Gesetz nennt beide Klassen beim Namen; was fließt, sagt es. The law names both classes by name; what flows, says so. One module derives every artefact — mark, hub page, dashboard, poster. This page is set on the grid it describes: press G and read the page against its own law.

Karl Gerstner called such a thing a mobile grid — his 1962 system for the journal Capital divided one field into one, two, three, four, five, and six columns without ever leaving the module. Its 58 units are concise arithmetic: 5 × 10 + 4 × 2. Our media queries are the same instrument with a new name: at each breakpoint the twelve columns regroup, and nothing else changes.

Type sits on a 4-pixel base; leading is chosen from its row — 16, 20, 24, 28, 36, 48 — never computed (Tafel 9.5). Lines register front to back, and the grey value of the page stays even, at every width the browser can name.

5.2Die zwölf Spalten, sichtbar / the twelve columns, live — dieselben Spuren wie der Schleier (Taste G) / the same tracks as the overlay (press G)

5.3Haltepunkte / Breakpoints — ein bewegliches Raster im Sinne Gerstners

Die Umgruppierung je Sektion des Knotenpunkts — Kopfband, Umschlag-Held, Werk, Unternehmen, Kontakt, Nachtfuß — ist in 5.5 ausgeschrieben. The per-section regrouping of the hub — masthead, cover-hero, Work, Company, Contact, night footer — is spelled out in 5.5.

5.4Raumskala / Spacing — Verdopplung ab dem Schritt 12

4 — Grundlinie / base
12 — Schritt / step
24 — Modul / module
48 — Gruppe / group

Sacred are the fixed steps only: baseline 4, step 12, module 24, group 48, caesura 96 — fixed pixels, multiples of the baseline. The plate gap is not one of them: it is published as clamp(72, 4rem + 4vw, 144) and interpolates honestly between its ends — as gutter and margin do, and as the type size flows while the leading is chosen from its row (plate 9.5).

5.5Der Rhythmus des Knotenpunkts / The hub’s vertical rhythm — der Vertrag, nach dem buildmomentum.pro gesetzt wird / the contract by which buildmomentum.pro is set

Inside a section the fixed row holds, and nothing else: the step 12 between a label and its content, the module 24 between rows, the group 48 between blocks, the caesura 96 where a part truly ends. Between sections stands the plate gap --mm-s-5 — the one vertical distance allowed to breathe. The masthead is 52 px at every width, fixed like the baseline, and opens its own field (plate 8.4).

Das Zeilenmaß bleibt Satzregel (Tafel 9.7): der Anspruch des Umschlag-Helden ist Stufe 60, klumpig, höchstens zwei Zeilen; der Vorspann darunter Stufe 20, höchstens 44 Zeichen; Fließtext in Werkzeilen und Unternehmensnotizen Stufe 15, höchstens 60 Zeichen; Legenden und Meta Stufe 10. Keine Stufe dazwischen, keine erfunden. Measure remains a setting rule (plate 9.7): the cover-hero’s claim is step 60, solid, two lines at most; the deck beneath it step 20, 44 characters at most; running text in work rows and company notes step 15, 60 at most; captions and meta step 10 — no step in between, none invented. The sign-off build momentum. stands on the hub in the night footer alone — step 60, solid, never the h1, and nowhere else.

Das Taktzeichen — the word made mass.

16 a 2 a 1 a 4 a 1 a 8 a 16 a Abb. 6.1 — Konstruktion im Quadrat von 16 Modulen. a = 1 Modul. Construction in a square of 16 modules; a is the module.

A lowercase m is three strokes; the Taktzeichen gives the three strokes momentum. The stem widths double from beat to beat — 2 a, 4 a, 8 a — while the interval holds at 1 a: mass accumulating at constant tempo, inscribed in a square of sixteen modules.

The doubling row is the oldest lesson in this book: it is how the arcs of the Beethoven poster grow. The mark is not an illustration of motion but a measurement of it — read left to right, it gains weight on every beat and ends flush against its own future.

On screen the mark is also the loading figure and the favicon — its three bars enter on the beat.

2 a 2 a Abb. 6.2 — Schutzzone: 2 a umlaufend, gemessen am ersten Balken. Clear space: 2 a on all sides, measured from the first stroke.

Below these sizes the mark is dropped and the wordmark stands alone. The fixed masthead (5.5) is the exception: there the lockup stands at a 16 px mark — a = 1, exact at any density; in-between sizes such as 18 px deform the bars in rasterisation and are forbidden.

6.6Platzierung / Placement

The mark sits on grid corners: top left to identify (as in this page’s running head), bottom right to sign off. Never centred.

6.7Produktionsformate / Production formats — Favicon und Verweiskarte, ohne Build-Schritt / favicon and social card, no build step

Das Favicon / the favicon. The favicon is the Taktzeichen alone, at full 16 a geometry: the bars 2 · 4 · 8 stand at the full 16 a field height — never squashed to 14 of 16, never cropped, never rounded. It ships as an inline SVG with viewBox 0 0 16 16, minimum size 16 px; no script, no generator, no raster image required. This file carries it in its head, exactly so.

Die Verweiskarte / the social card. The og:image card measures 1200 × 630: paper ground, the lockup set on the grid — mark above the wordmark, one shared baseline per 6.4 — no photography, and red exactly once: the full stop. Every production surface carries the meta lines og:title, og:description, og:image and twitter:card; they are HTML, not a framework.

In motion, plate 12 is the ninth rule: the mark enters only on the beat, one bar per 120 ms, arriving without overshoot — the score is 12.9. Was sich sonst nie bewegt, steht in 12.8. A jumping, spinning or pulsing mark is misuse. Exempt is only the wordmark’s red full stop: punctuation, not the mark — on cover and colophon it may beat the Takt, one pulse in eight; the running head never moves. What else never moves is legislated in 12.8.

8.4Das Feld / The field — die Grenze des einen Rots, exakt / the boundary of the one red, exact

A field is the zone of a surface owned by one red instance. In this book the field is one plate; on the hub it is one continuous viewport-height zone of a single view, bounded by a page-level rule or a surface change — whichever bounds first. A dialog, card, or pane with its own border opens its own field.

On tone the halftone deepens to #5F5D59. Whoever sets red twice has emphasized nothing — they have left the field.

The campaign console and the hub’s working views get exactly three states beyond the text ranks: error, success, pending. Two hues join the programme — signal red, doubled as error, and one green for success; pending borrows the halftone. Each role ships a paper value and a night value; the pair never mixes. Semantic colour never appears on marketing plates.

8.7Zustände der Interaktion / Interaction states — exakt, überall / exact, everywhere

Die Haarlinie / the hairline#E2E0DB und #2E2D2B sind niemals interaktiv — keine Taste, kein Verweis, kein Zustand; wer interagiert, trägt mindestens Halbton / never an interactive affordance; anything interactive carries halftone or darker

8.8Rot als Fehler — der Spruch / Red as error — the ruling

Signal red is the brand’s one accent, and it is the error colour too — the same red by design, not by accident: a campaign’s failure is exactly what the signal exists to mark. Inside product surfaces the one-red law is amended thus: an error marker — word plus ✕, or word plus a 3 px bar, never a filled field — may share a field with red identification (the mark’s stop, a plate number), because identification is furniture, not signal. It may not share the zone with a red action: while an error stands, the primary action falls back to ink. Colour never carries a state alone — every state names itself in words.

8.9Rot auf Ton und Nacht / Red on tone and night

Drei Sendungen fehlgeschlagen / three sends failed

On tone, red holds only 4.1 : 1 — below the text line. So the marker is red, the word is ink, the aside is deep halftone. Night follows the same law: red as form ≥ 24 px, error text in #FF5A63.

8.10Datengrafik / Data graphics

Charts are set in ink and its halftones; Tonhalle grey fills the quiet series. Signal red appears in data graphics only as the threshold marker — the one datum that breaches the limit, one bar, point, or rule per chart — never a series colour, never a heat scale. Two series that must be read against each other differ by halftone and deep halftone, by position and label — never by a second hue. The green of 8.6 stays out of charts: success is a state, not a series.

Eine Schrift, neun Gewichte, nach Nummern.

The school set Akzidenz-Grotesk — Müller-Brockmann’s Zürich held to it into the sixties — while the Haas foundry outside Basel cut Neue Haas Grotesk, and Ruder’s Basel taught Univers: twenty-one styles drawn in parallel and named by number, the first typeface conceived as a programme rather than a family of accidents.

Our stand-in is Inter Tight: a contemporary grotesque of even grey, closed apertures and tight display metrics in the Neue Haas manner — served as one variable weight axis from Google Fonts, nine graded weights in a single file, the programme Frutiger imagined delivered as Frutiger could not. No italic axis is loaded: the programme excludes slope (9.7). Tabular figures keep our numbers honest — essential for a company whose sentences contain milliseconds. Within this programme the family is cited as MM Grotesk, by number; the dictionary below (9.3) is the whole of that rule.

Der Zitiername / The citation name

Inter Tight is the face — the production name, in the font file, in the request, in code. MM Grotesk is its name inside the programme — on plates, in standards, in letters, and always by number. Kein dritter Name, keine Abkürzung, kein Raten. Whoever writes MM 45 means the 400 cut; whoever looks for the file looks for Inter Tight. No third name, no abbreviation, no guessing.

The apparatus half-cuts, 650 and 750, carry the number of the grade below them: 650 is cited as MM 65, 750 as MM 75.

9.5Das Durchschuss-Gesetz / The leading law

The baseline is 4 px, and leading is not computed, it is chosen — fixed pixels, from the baseline row (plate 5.1):

162024283648

Every text step carries its leading as a fixed pixel value that holds at both ends of its fluid size range — the size interpolates, the line never does. Headings from step 60 up are set solid: leading equal to point size, two lines at most.

What once stood here as a ratio — 1.6 against a fluid size — was a promise the arithmetic could not keep. The law now reads as above, and this file sets it: plate 9.6 lists every step with size, leading, tracking and use.

9.6Das Maßblatt / The worked table — Grad in Pixeln an beiden Enden der Spanne, Durchschuss aus der Grundlinienreihe, Laufweite, Gewicht nach Nummer, Verwendung / size at both ends of the fluid range, leading from the baseline row, tracking, weight by number, permitted use

The size flows between its two pixel values while the leading stands — a 24 px line carries 15 px as it carries 17. “Solid” means line-height 1: the line is as tall as the letter, and because these steps never run to paragraphs, the baseline rests undisturbed.

9.7Die Satzordnung / The setting order — sechs Regeln, keine Auslegung / six rules, no interpretation

1 — Hierarchie / hierarchy. h1 is step 60, once per page; h2 is step 40 — on the plates of this book, step 80, once per plate; h3 is step 30. Deck is step 20, body 15, captions 10 and 13; no step is skipped and none invented — one family, never a second.

2 — Zwei Maße / two measures. Prose runs to 60 characters (Ruder); the deck is held shorter — 44 at most, because a deck is a promise, not a paragraph. max-width is a setting rule, not a style device.

3 — Obergrenzen / ceilings. An artefact takes at most three steps from the scale, plus the two legend sizes; at most two weights, a third for data. A hub page tops out at step 60, docs and letters at 40, an interface uses 10–20 only. Poster and cover are exempt — they are the artefacts that measure the exception.

Ragged left, never justified; no centred axis anywhere, not even in the UI. text-wrap: balance is forbidden: it centres the eye on a symmetry this programme does not have and leaves the break to the chance of the viewport — the line break is the compositor’s decision, not the browser’s.

5 — Keine Neigung / no slope. Italics are excluded from the programme; the font request loads the weight axis only. Emphasis is set by weight and position — MM 65 in running text, a line of its own for a title — never by slope. To slant is to leave the school: the grotesque stands upright.

6 — Ziffern / numerals. Daten tragen tabellarische Ziffern — tnum, in dieser Datei die Klasse .tnum: Messwerte, Tabellen, Zeiten, Beträge. Im laufenden Satz bleibt die Ziffer proportional. Jede Zahl trägt ihre Einheit (Tafel 13). Data takes tabular figures — tnum, in this file the class .tnum: measurements, tables, times, amounts. In running prose the figure stays proportional. Every number carries its unit (plate 13).

11Bildsprache / Art direction

momentum media solutions — takt

Photography, when commissioned: objective subjects, available light, hard black and white. Alles andere ist Zeichnung auf dem Raster.

11.1Impuls — das Signal, auf das Modul quantisiert. The signal, quantised to the module; one beat carries the accent.

One angular module; widths double ring by ring, as the stems of the mark.

Rasterweite 24 · Punkt 1,2–10,4

Tone resolved into a countable screen.

11.4Fotografie im Auftrag / Commissioned photography — Motive: Werk, Hände, Maschine, Raum / subjects: work, hands, machines, rooms · Kontrast: Schwarz ≤ 5 %, Weiß ≥ 95 %, ein Grauton je Bild / blacks ≤ 5 %, whites ≥ 95 %, one grey per image. Abgelehnt: Stimmung als Motiv, Weichzeichner, Farbstich, Kunstlicht / refused: mood as subject, soft focus, colour casts, artificial light. Im Hub gilt zusätzlich: Bilder skalieren nie beim Überfahren — auch das Bild hält den Takt / images never zoom on hover; the image keeps the beat too.

12Bewegung / Motion

momentum media solutions — takt

This plate does not describe motion; it performs it, with the same tokens that move this page. Bei reduzierter Bewegung ruht alles / with reduced motion, everything rests.

1 — Nichts springt. Elements enter and leave along the reading direction; the eye is never asked to find its place again.

2 — Der Takt ist 120 ms. Every duration is a multiple of the beat, as every leading is a multiple of the baseline. Scroll reveals quantise their delays to whole beats — sie landen auf dem Schlag / they land on the beat.

3 — Anlauf und Ankunft. Motion leaves with acceleration and arrives with none: no bounce, no overshoot, no elastic sentiment.

4 — Masse zählt. Large elements carry more mass and take the longer beats: captions move in one, plates in four, entrances in eight.

At most one red element moves per field (8.4); while it moves, everything else holds still.

6 — Der Scroll ist der Dirigent. The scroll conducts: progress is bound to the scroll timeline and quantised into 64 hard steps — sichtbar in der Taktleiste am oberen Rand / visible in the beat bar at the top of this page. The scroll itself is sacred: never hijacked, never re-eased by script — progress may be shown, scrolling never replaced. Where the browser cannot keep time, the page stands printed and complete.

Rest is the default state: what never moves is legislated in 12.8, the mark’s one entrance in 12.9; focus never waits, and waiting itself keeps the beat (12.7).

The group accelerates while no element ever does.

12.4Das Zeichen tritt auf / The mark enters

fünf Schläge, 600 ms — dann Ruhe / five beats, then rest

Bars on beats 0 · 1 · 2, growing from the baseline; the word rises behind its mask on beat 3; the full stop appears last, on beat 4 — a point does not travel. The score rests from 600 ms — on the hub's cover the continuation follows there (12.9). The score is 12.9; looped here for study, it plays once in the work — cover and colophon only.

Bei reduzierter Bewegung steht alles gefüllt — mit Wort, nichts fehlt; die Taktleiste, die den Scroll misst, tritt dagegen ab — ein ruhendes Messwerk würde lügen / bars, never a circle — a spinner is not an instrument of this school. Progress fills in hard steps quantised to the beat: steps(64), as this page’s beat bar; the cover’s measure fills in 16, then rests full. Waiting shows the mark: bars at 0 · 120 · 240 ms, then rest (12.9). Under reduced motion all stands filled, with a word — nothing is missing; the beat bar, which measures the scroll, steps aside instead — a resting meter would misreport
Rot in Bewegung / red in motionhöchstens ein rotes Element je Feld (8.4); solange es sich bewegt, hält alles andere / at most one red element moving per field (8.4); while it moves, all else holds
Eigenschaften / propertiesnur transform und opacity / only transform & opacity
Der Scroll / scrollheilig — der Fortschritt darf gezeigt werden (die Taktleiste), der Scroll wird nie gekapert, nie neu geglättet; scroll-behavior:smooth nur bei no-preference / sacred — progress may be shown (the beat bar); scroll is never hijacked, never re-eased; smooth scrolling only under no-preference
Reduzierte Bewegung / reduced motionalles steht; nichts fehlt / all rests, nothing is missing

12.8Was sich nie bewegt / What never moves — fünf Gesetze; die einzige Ausnahme steht im ersten / five laws; the one exception stands in the first

The bars never pulse, spin or bounce; the mark moves exactly once — its entrance, the score of 12.9. Exempt is only the wordmark’s red full stop: punctuation, not the mark. It may beat the Takt, one pulse in eight (960 ms), on cover and colophon — never in a running head.

Body text never animates after landing: a revealed paragraph stands, as set lead stands.

Images never zoom on hover (plate 11.4) — the image keeps the beat too.

Nothing parallaxes: no layer drifts against the scroll, no foreground overtakes the ground. This page obeys — its interludes and letters rest.

No looped decoration on content plates: endless motion lives on this plate alone — as demonstration — in the stop’s pulse, and in the loading figure while it works.

12.9Die Auftritts-Partitur / The mark-entrance score — der eine kanonische Auftritt: Umschlag und Fuß, sonst nichts / the one canonical entrance: cover and footer, nothing else

Schlag 0 / beat 0 · 0 msBalken 1 (2a): scaleY 0 → 1 von der Grundlinie, 240 ms, Ankunftskurve / bar 1 grows from the baseline, 240 ms, arrival curve
Schlag 1 / beat 1 · 120 msBalken 2 (4a), ebenso / bar 2 (4a), the same
Schlag 2 / beat 2 · 240 msBalken 3 (8a), ebenso / bar 3 (8a), the same
Schlag 3 / beat 3 · 360 msdie Buchstaben: translateY 105 % → 0 hinter der Zeilenmaske, 240 ms — das Wort steigt; seitwärts gleitet es nie / the letters rise behind their line mask, 240 ms — the word rises; it never slides sideways
Schlag 4 / beat 4 · 480 msder Punkt: opacity 0 → 1, 120 ms — ein Punkt reist nicht, er erscheint / the full stop: opacity only, 120 ms — a point does not travel, it appears
Die Reihe --b ∈ {0, 1, 2, 4, 8} bleibt das Gesetz für gewöhnliche Gruppen / after the rest the argument follows — on the hub’s cover the claim at beat 5 (600 ms), the deck at beat 6 (720 ms), both 480 ms on the arrival curve, published rather than improvised; the row --b ∈ {0, 1, 2, 4, 8} stays the law for ordinary grouped reveals
Die Ruhe / the rest · ab 600 ms — voll ab 1200 msdie Partitur ruht ab Schlag 5; die Fortsetzung ist spätestens bei 1200 ms gelandet; danach darf allein der Punkt schlagen, einer je acht (12.8, Gesetz 1) / the score rests from beat 5; the continuation has landed by 1200 ms; afterwards only the stop may beat, one in eight (12.8, law 1)

Performed in 12.4; played on plate 01 on load and on plate 16 on arrival — there as data-rv="score". With reduced motion the lockup stands complete; nothing is missing.

13Tonfall / Voice and tone

momentum media solutions — takt

Der Punkt trägt.

1 — Präsens, aktiv. The subject of the sentence does the work, like the firm. We define; we build; the software keeps running.

2 — Zahlen sind Prosa. Numbers are stated plainly, with units: 12,405 of 12,408 messages delivered; a reply within one business day; registration reviewed in 1–3 business days. A figure is worth a paragraph of adjectives.

3 — Kein Superlativ ohne Messwert. No superlative without a measurement standing next to it.

4 — Der Punkt trägt. No exclamation marks. Certainty ends sentences; it does not raise its voice.

5 — build momentum. Always lowercase, always with the red full stop. It closes an argument; it never opens one — covers excepted: there the sentence is the whole argument.

13.1Schlagzeilen-Formeln / Headline formulas

[Messung]. [Folge]. — “12,408 messages sent. 12,405 were delivered.”

Verb zuerst / verb first. — “See the work. Write to Noah.”

Drei Schläge / three beats. — “Defined. Built. Running.”

So nicht / Not this

Sondern so / But this

“Build blazingly fast apps with zero code — pure magic for your team!!!”

We build software for business.

“A revolutionary, AI-powered platform for the future of digital innovation.”

Define the work. Build it. Keep it running.

“We’re passionate about empowering businesses everywhere to unlock their potential.”

You know your business. We build the software it runs on.

Selbstauskunft in 58 Wörtern / About, in 58 words — die Selbstauskunft der Firma / the firm’s boilerplate

Founded in 2026 by Noah Bleicher, Momentum Media Solutions LLC is a software firm that builds working software for business. The method is three steps: define the work, build it, keep it running. Textro — A2P messaging campaign management, in build — is the firm’s first work and its first evidence. The hub: buildmomentum.pro. Contact: hai@buildmomentum.pro, +1 954 650 8537.

13.2Mikrotext / Microcopy — die Firma in sechs Sätzen; kein Satz behauptet eine Handlung, die nicht geschehen ist / the firm in six sentences — none claims an action that did not happen

Tasten / buttons — See the work · Talk to Noah · How we work · Write to Noah

Erstantwort / first-contact reply — Thank you for writing. This is Noah Bleicher; I read every note myself. I will reply within one business day — if a call helps, name two times that suit you.

Umfang / scoping note — Before we price anything, we define the work together: the audience, the scope, and the number that decides done. That conversation costs an hour and nothing else.

Angebot / proposal cover — This proposal states what we will build, what it costs, and when each increment runs. Anything not written here is not included.

Übergabe / handoff note — The build is yours: repository, credentials, and a runbook in plain sentences. We stay reachable — keep running is part of the method, not an upsell.

Leerzustand / empty state — No conversations yet. The first one starts with a single sentence about your business.

13.3Textbank SMS-Marketing / SMS-marketing copy bank — Sätze für Textros Kampagnenflächen, nach den fünf Regeln; die Zustandsworte sind dieselben wie auf Tafel 8.6 / sentences for Textro’s campaign surfaces, under the five rules; the state words are the same as on plate 8.6

Lage / Situation

Der Satz / The sentence

Versand, wartend / queued

Queued — sends on the hour. 12,408 recipients; the first batch leaves at 15:00 UTC.

Versandbestätigung / send confirmation

Campaign sent — 12,408 delivered. Carriers accepted every message at 15:00:04 UTC; receipts are still arriving.

Zustellquote / delivery-rate statement

Delivery rate 99.98%: 12,405 of 12,408 delivered. The 3 failures are named below, each with its carrier code.

Fehlzustand / send failed

Send failed — 3 of 12,408. Each failure carries a carrier code; the retry is queued for the next hour. Nothing is claimed delivered that was not.

10DLC — eingereicht / submitted

Registration submitted. The Campaign Registry reviews new brands in 1–3 business days; campaigns stay queued until approval. No message leaves before it.

10DLC — freigegeben / approved

Brand and campaign registered for 10DLC. Sending is live; the registered use case and sample messages are on file.

Pflichtzeile / required line in every message

Reply STOP to opt out.

Abmeldung / opt-out handling

STOP received from +1 305 555 0148 at 14:03:22 UTC. The number was suppressed across all campaigns in 4 s; no further messages will be sent. END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE and QUIT do the same.

Störung / incident — messaging pipeline

Carrier congestion on one route at 14:03 UTC. 2,140 messages ran up to 11 min late; none were lost. Delivery was complete by 14:26 UTC.

Send figures are always literal: whoever reports 12,408 delivered holds 12,408 receipts. “Sent” means accepted by the carrier, “delivered” means the receipt is in hand — the two words are not interchangeable.

13.4Die Sprachregel / The language rule — Produktionsflächen englisch-first / production surfaces are English-first

This book is bilingual because it is an artefact of the school. Production surfaces obey a different law: the hub, the product, and the mail are English-first. German appears there as citation only — a term of the school, a plate name, a law such as “die gute Form” — always with its translation beside it, never as running text, never as navigation.

14.1Startseite — der Knotenpunkt nach Tafel 5.5, als Miniatur: Kopfband 52 px — sein Rot ist der Punkt der Wortmarke; Anspruch Stufe 60, klumpig, eine Zeile; Vorspann 43 Zeichen; Handlung → Werkzeile → Nachtfuß mit dem Zuruf. The hub per plate 5.5, in miniature: masthead 52 px — its red is the wordmark’s stop; claim step 60, solid; deck 43 characters; then action, work row, and the night footer with the sign-off. Each field holds exactly one red: the masthead the stop, the hero the action, the footer the sign-off. The lockup’s entrance follows the score of 12.9 — played once, then rest; at 720 px and below the three clauses fold behind Menu, the pane opens per 12.7.

The sentences stand verbatim in the copy bank of 13.3; the states follow 8.6 — pending in halftone, success in ink, failure as a word with ✕ and a 3 px bar, never a fill. While the error stands it owns the zone’s red (8.8); the sidebar marker is furniture. Figures tabular, each with its unit — and specimen figures from the copy bank: das Programm ist im Aufbau, die Werte stehen als Muster in 13.3. the product is in build; the values stand as specimens in 13.3.

hai@buildmomentum.pro Die Taste kopiert die Adresse in die Zwischenablage; the button copies the address to the clipboard; der Verweis öffnet das Postprogramm — gesendet wird nichts. the link opens the mail client — nothing is sent.

Primary is a signal-red fill that turns ink on hover; secondary an ink border that fills; quiet draws the red underline. Disabled: tone ground, halftone text, never opacity (8.7). Focus visible, 2 px signal at 3 px offset. Among the actions only the primary button carries red; the stop and the checkbox are furniture, and the error below opens its own field (8.4). The buttons, the navigation and the checkbox are state specimens — they show rest, hover, focus and disabled, and they do not navigate; only the mail link and the copy button act.

Das Zeichen allein, Balken auf voller Feldhöhe — Inline-SVG im Kopf der Seite, kein Build-Schritt (6.7). The mark alone, bars at full field height — an inline SVG in the page head, no build step (6.7).

The social card measures 1200 × 630: paper ground, lockup on the grid, no photography, red once — the stop. The meta lines og:title, og:description, og:image and twitter:card ride on every production surface; both artefacts are HTML and SVG, nothing more.

14.5Das Plakat / The poster — eine Formatprobe, Weltformat F4 / a format specimen

The tokens ship as one dependency-free stylesheet, versioned like software, because changing them changes the brand: a breaking change bumps the major, an addition the minor — and the list above is the truth as shipped.

One HTML file, no dependency beyond the typeface; every figure a vector on the grid; every motion a transform; complete even at rest.

Ein Erscheinungsbild ist ein Versprechen in Wiederholung. An identity is a promise kept in repetition — and a programme is the only way to keep it.

Was bleibt, ist der Takt. What remains is the beat.
